Hello, and welcome to my adorable home! Pets are welcome, and I have dog beds, toys, and waterers available. Utilities include fiber internet and a great a/c. This is an older home with fun updates. You will have access to 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, washer, dryer, small home gym, fire tv, large maintained yard and a carport. There will be evidence of projects being completed outside, and tools & wood in the carport, but the interior is aesthetic, clean, and updated. The shower has the best water pressure I've ever experienced and a tankless water heater. You can run the washer, dishwasher, and both showers together with no disappointment. I miss that shower. Property is a 3br/2ba home, but one back room will be locked for storage. This is a very uniquely designed & quaint home on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. If you would prefer to pay the monthly "worry-free waiver" for $79, instead of a security deposit, please let me know. Happy to work with your needs. Absolutely no tobacco smoking on the property, indoors or out. Vapes are acceptable. There are exterior ring cameras. You will be given access to view them and get alerts for your comfort and safety.
