Hi there! I am a scientist, university professor, and entrepreneur who travels quite a bit and spends most of the time away from the house. I have 1 furnished room with an adjacent bathroom open for rent. You will seldom share the bathroom with a female RN who lives elsewhere but works in the area 2-3 days per week, night-shifts. So she only uses the house to sleep and go to/from work. Also, for the time being, there are 3 (three) adult, competition-trained dogs at the house, who are athletes and spend their time recovering from runs and swims in the vicinity. You'll love the property and the area (equidistant to San Marcos and DT Austin). Freshly renovated to include a backyard porch and all new appliances. Washer/dryer included. There is a community pool you can access, a children recreation area, and quiet trails for walking/biking. If interested, please tell me a bit about your interests and lease expectations. I care more for a stable, harmonious, and safe living situation than for the cash, so all aspects of the lease are open for negotiation. Finally, I am very laid back with my own life, open to friendship but also respect your privacy. So if you are a responsible, drama-free, clean individual, please consider this opportunity! Specifics: 2-Car garage Furnished (optional) Lease term optional Community Pool I look forward to hearing from you!

The space

The house is a 3/2 house, where I inhabit the master suit. You would have one of the rooms on the front side of the house, with full privacy and isolation of sounds to the rest of the house. We would share all common areas, including garage, yards, kitchen, and living spaces.
