The house this second floor apartment is in is on a quiet street one block from Buffalos Elmwood Village. Youre close to bus lines, all local hospitals, grocery stores, and many lively attractions. The first floor is occupied by leased tenants and I, the owner, work on the third floor. Cozy & homey, the shared living space has newer wall to wall carpet and your comfort in mind. The kitchen and bathroom both had facelifts this past summer and the kitchen has everything for cooking, baking or heating up takeout. A shared laundry area is in the basement. In addition to a shared office area, theres an open room leading to the upper porch perfect for exercise or yoga. I provide a monthly cleaning to the shared areas, youre responsible for your room and cleaning up after yourself. This is a great apartment in a great location!

The space

This bedroom is tastefully decorated in neutral tones. The bedroom is modest in size but the apartments shared space is generous. The main living space is a large living room/dining room that the eat in kitchen is partially open to. This room is down the hall from the bathroom, has a key lock door, and a TV. This bedroom is at the very back of the apartment, so farthest from the street. Although the one way street is generally on the quiet side. Youll be cozy here!
