The apartment above the garage for 3 years while we landscaped, etc. you have a seperate entrance into the apartment. Fully furnished . Queen bed in one room nd full bed in the other bedroom. Full sized washer and dryer. All utilities and high speed internet are included in the monthly rate. The owners, a retired couple with their aging black lab live in the house beside this unit. Easy to get in touch with to solve any issues which might arise. Snow removal is quick and efficient. Reverse osmosis and filters on well water. Beautiful trees and landscaping. Your private deck upstairs. Your privacy is respected.
