Samsung 65" 4K Ultra HD Smart QLED TV with YouTube TV service; multi-plug surge protectors, small Bluetooth speaker; Greenlight Networks synchronous 500 Mb fiber internet service, and whole-home mesh Wi-Fi. Walk-in closet, plenty of storage; quality linens and bath towels; basic toiletries (TP + tissue throughout stay); portable AC unit, pedestal fan; white noise machine. Mini fridge (no freezer) may be available upon request. Monthly cleaning service may be provided/included at no cost if desired by tenant, if cleaning service happens to be scheduled during visit.
