Completed in 1903 by prominent Buffalo architect E.B. Green, the mansion was built for Charles and Ella Goodyear. The two and a half story house is brick trimmed with ornate wood paneling and multiple stained glass windows in the interior. It has five levels: basement, ground floor, first bedroom floor, second bedroom floor and attic. A spiral staircase with a wrought-iron balustrade and an oak handrail connects the ground to the second bedroom floors. These elements can still be seen today!
