This home is centrally located in the Burlington, half a mile down the hill from University of Vermont Medical Center. This beautiful home blends historic details with Vermont style and has plenty of outdoor space including a fully fenced backyard with bluestone patio and a screened breezeway. The driveway has parking for 2 vehicles and there is indoor storage space for bikes. You will be sharing the property with the owner who uses a small semi-detached garage for her home office space. We are still furnishing some of the rooms in preparation for rental so expect a few changes from the photos. For example, the bedroom will be equipped with a queen size bed.

The space

The first floor of the home has an entryway with plenty of hooks and floorspace to drop shoes, a spacious living room, an eat-in kitchen with induction range and dedicated dining room. Upstairs off the landing you will find a large bedroom with walk-in closet, two other comfortable bedrooms, and a bathroom with soaking tub. Double hung windows throughout the home provide fresh air and natural light and for hotter days the home also has central air conditioning. The basement has a washer and dryer.
