A gym is in walking distance. Backyard with space for gardening. Rental is for downstairs, which includes 1 bedroom (Queen bed), 1 sun room/study, living room, kitchen, full bath, deck with patio furniture. Utilities included up to $50 each electric and gas (based on my own usage, I don't expect you to reach this ceiling except for gas in the winter months). Wifi is included. Sorry, no pets because of allergies. Available November 1. Rent somewhat negotiable in exchange for small tasks.
