Our home is located on the end of a quiet street bordering the woods with a path leading to the Burlington bike path and waterfront. It is also within walking distance to Leddy Park which provides community access to Leddy beach, walking trails, woodlands, and tennis courts. Our home was recently updated and includes a gas fireplace, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, sunroom, two-person hot tub, exterior deck, and fully fenced backyard. Garden beds throughout the property are maintained to include perennial lilac bushes, hydrangeas, lavender, mint, and strawberry plants. One dog considered, please no cats as my husband is severely allergic. Must have rental insurance that covers pet damage.
