Beautiful, light and open living space. Kitchen, dining room, living room and 1/2 bath are all lcoated on the first floor. Upstairs there is one queen bedroom and one king bedroom each with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a small office located off the hallway. In the basement there is an additional living space with a big comfy couch and a TV. On this level there is also a queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the laundry room. There is a deck located off of the living room on the main floor and a patio with a large dining table.

The space

Lakeside is a very sweet little neighborhood in the South End. There is a beautiful co -working space called Hula that is a minute walk from the house. In Hula there is a gym, as well as a cafe and coffee shop that are open on week days. The bike path goes right by the property making it super easy to bike downtown or go out for a longer ride. There is also a little beach just down the street and numerous parks around. I believe there is also a shuttle that runs from Lakeside ave to UVM Med Center.
