There is a driveway that can fit one standard size truck or car for your use at this unit. We will do the majority of weather maintenance removal for driveway and common areas. The unit has a cute little front porch to enjoy the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Well maintained for maintenance inside and out. There is no yard access at this time. My pets are an indoor/outdoor German Shepard (fenced in yard) and an indoor cat. NO unit has access to each other from the inside of the structure.

The space

Jean's place is a cozy, well kept space in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located near the downtown area full of restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront. Public parks nearby as well as bike paths and nature trails. You'll have access to public transportation just steps away. The hospital is within a 15 mins walk or is drivable or bike able. Many compliments on the apartment. Also rented on AirBnB site with awesome reviews and many repeat guests. Have had traveling guests, work and leisure, since 2021
