The outside deck faces a wooded area. The cul de sac is lined with beautiful trees. No driving over 15 MPH. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. All of us are in graduate school, faculty, or staff at the two institutions mentioned. Floors are carpeted. The tenant has full use of the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. The tenant's bedroom has beautiful morning light. When I am working as an end-of-life doula, I am often out for three nights a week in my client's home. You would have more privacy during these times! I am requesting females only.
The space
There is beautiful morning light. Linens are provided. The tenant is steps from the Vermont Medical Center. The washer/dryer is not in my unit, but this complex has a community room for clothes washing is steps from my front door. Each machine is a coin-operated $1.25 charge.
