The house is conveniently located in Burlington's South End near UVM Medical Center, downtown shops and restaurants, the vibrant South End eateries and art galleries, and less than a mile from Lake Champlain recreation. The home is owner-occupied and includes a very friendly medium-sized dog who loves people, and two silly cats. Renters have access to the kitchen and living spaces as desired, as well as access to outdoors space, and parking in our shared driveway. All utilities are included, including heat, hot water electricity, and internet.

The space

This serene and updated space includes a bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. Large closet, desk, dresser, and shelf storage included. The rest of the house is available for use and is shared with one other adult (landlords sister). Washer and dryer are on the second floor next to the bedroom. All utilities, wifi, regular cleaning service, and off-street parking are available. Large back deck and backyard to enjoy all year round and especially the warmer months!
