Enjoy living within 10 minutes walk from Church Street (the pedestrian center) and the Waterfront. This historic 1899 brick home has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a big kitchen (with cabinets and floor recently re-done), a nice open living room area, and wood floors throughout. Front lawn has a relaxing patio. Another cool feature: basement has washer & dryer. Our living environment is healthy, respectful and clean. About the room rental: One fully-furnished bedroom with a full size bed. This room is the largest in this 2-bedroom house and has its own closet. Rental price includes ALL utilities and wi-fi. Shared-bathroom & kitchen (with all its appliances). THIS RENTAL IS FOR ONE PERSON ONLY! About the people living in this house: We are a couple (late 40's), both employed (online freelance educator/interpreter & mountain guide). We are owners of the house. Among other things, we love the outdoors and sharing meals with friends.

The space

The location is great - close to Church Street and the waterfront. Less than 2 miles away from UVMMC. The room is large: one full bed, one desk & chair, one good size dresser and a closet space to hang clothes. It has 2 windows (with darkening curtains if needed). The space is tailored to welcome only ONE renter. Sorry no pet. Wifi & all utilities included !
