Welcome to the New North End! This is a newly renovated, spacious and quiet space in the lower level of an adorable 1948 Cape. It is close to the bike path, Leddy Beach, bus line, and Hannaford Shopping plaza. I lives upstairs and you have your own entrance through a gate on the side of the garage. There is a shared stairway down to your space that allows the owner to access the laundry (shared by you also) and utilities. I do have a cat that I adopted when I was living abroad. I like to stay active and love to walk, hike and bike. I am a teacher and go to bed pretty early on school nights.

The space

Everything is included and no extra fees. Laundry is free, but shared, and right outside of your space. The space is located on the basement level of the house but has a full egress window. You access the space through the garage and down a set of stairs.
