The location of this unit arguably couldnt be better! Not only in Burlington, VT, but .2 miles from access to the bike path and waterfront. Walk around the corner to several amazing cafes or restaurants, or walk about ten minutes into downtown Burlington to access shopping, more amazing food options, and a variety of nightlife and day time attractions. Access to fitness and yoga studios, markets, and green spaces all within walking distance. Happy to provide recommendations for my favorites! This unit is upstairs in a home built in 1867, so consideration of the quiet time and shared spaces is immensely important. This unit is freshly renovated and ready for your stay. This is a pet free unit with absolutely NO smoking of any kind. My cat did live in this unit, although all furniture has been deep cleaned - FYI for folks that may have severe cat allergies.
