Easy access to the bikepath from the wooded park behind the house. Great neighbors. Convenient to North Ave shopping center. Off Street Parking in Drive way. Laundry on site. Seperate Fridge. 2 miles to UVM Medical Center and close to Bus Line. Includes: Internet, Electric, Heating, Cooling. About an hour to the Mountains for skiing and hiking. 10 minutes to Lake Champlain beaches and Kayaking. no pets.
The space
Two Rooms Available: Each Renter get their own bedroom and bathroom. Shared Kitchen, and commons spaces: Dining room, Sunroom, TV room, Living Room. I have rented the space on seven occasions with great success and good reviews. I believe all the Traveling Nurses have enjoyed their stay here. Share the house with another Traveling Nurse. Rental 3 months min.
