Room · 1,000 sq ft · 1 bed · 1 bath · Pets welcome (ask owner for details).

The house itself is beautiful and spacious in a beautiful neighborhood near the bike path and the Lake. There are two rooms available with attached bathroom which include a bathtub and a shower. I can rent both rooms out as a suite or rent them out separately. One room is $1150 and then both rooms would be bedrooms for two separate renters. If I set it up as a suite for one renter or one couple of set of friends, then one room would be a bedroom and the other a living room with a couch that can be turned into a bed. The suite costs $2000. Either way the rest of the living space can be shared. There is a bike path very close to my house that runs parallel to the Lake Champlain, and it is an easy bike ride to down town. There are a pond and a gazebo on the property for your enjoyment. The neighborhood is very quiet as well as our household. I have 3 cats who live with me as well.

The space

This space could comfortably fit two people as it has two large rooms, a room with a toilet and bathtub with a lovely window, and a separate shower across from that room. The kitchen and laundry are shared as well as other common areas such as the yoga/meditation room.
