River Watch on Hildred Drive is one of the most convenient and desirable spots in Burlington for both travel nurses and college students. You're just an 8-10 minute walk (or 2-3 minute drive) to the University of Vermont Medical Center and UVM campus via a quiet neighborhood path - no parking stress, no long commutes. St. Michael's College and Champlain College are also only a short drive or bus ride away, making this an ideal home base for healthcare travelers and students alike. The community itself is quiet, secure, and well-maintained. Enjoy a seasonal in-ground pool, BBQ/grill areas, picnic tables, and open green space perfect for relaxing after long shifts or classes. Bus stops are right at the entrance, and underground parking is available. Downtown Winooski (great restaurants, cafés, and nightlife) is a pleasant 10-15 minute walk, while Burlington's Church Street Marketplace, Lake Champlain waterfront, and bike path are just minutes away. You get the perfect balance of peace and easy access to everything Burlington has to offer. This location consistently appeals to travel nurses who need to be close to the hospital and students looking for a quieter, more adult living situation near campus.
