Ppl luv our location being 2.5 miles 2 historic downtown w/45+- restaurants. Charming 4 season lakefront home (20 ft 2 lake) private waterfront. Great for 1-3 or 4 residents. Gourmet kitchen, lakeside firepit/relax/grand piano, swim, hike, fish, kayak, breweries/wineries CMAC. Day/Nt Registered guests only. About 4 miles to the hospital in Canandaigua and 5 miles to CMAC/FLCC. Home is about 30 feet from the lake. Our living/dining room overlooks the lake. The terrace is about 32 feet above the ground below. Many people walk and ride their bicycles on the road in front of the home and there is hiking nearby (and swimming in the lake in warmer water times). We are flexible sometimes on the start date, but come mid April the rental price increases. Please inquire about season rate increases. The HVAC system was installed in 2026, but because the home is 3/4 windows, we think it is best to wear slippers and sweaters in the winter before raising the heat. The heating bill that the host/landlord covers is $150/month, $60/water, electric $80/month. Utility overages are paid by the guest/renter even though I have marked that utilities are included. Note: This is the price I pay for utilities but high utility usage may increase those rates. This lease starts Labor Day. Starting Veteran's Day, our rate lowers and part of the home is closed off for a cheaper price. Please inquire for reduced rate which ends April 15th.

The space

Master Bedroom with couch and smaller bedroom with desk and two chairs. Each bedroom, on the second floor, is joined by a jack and Jill sink area with a separate toilet/shower room. The living room has a vaulted ceiling with a skylight making this smaller footprint home feel larger. The gourmet kitchen is a couple of years old replete with a Bertazonni stovetop and oven + microwave. Dock, outdoor furniture, and outdoor shower is seasonal and is available to renters when hosts make them available.
