"True North", Unit 1 (Condo 5) has the most amazing sunset views over the canal and located on the north end of fun and lively Carolina Beach NC! Completely renovated in 2022. This condo is clean stylish and well-maintained, True North is sure to be a key memory in your ocean stay. The night views of the incredibly bright stars are almost as beautiful as the daytime sunshine and sea. This is a 1 bedroom condo however there is an alcove between the bedroom and living room that has a twin over twin bunkbed so the unit sleeps a total of 4 people. True North condos are fully furnished and stocked with lots of amenities, as well as having ocean and canal views, the interior is newly decorated and is fresh and clean. Included is everything you need to prepare your own meals, comfortable bed and furniture, youll have a sense of a home away from home for your entire stay. The master bedroom has private Juliette balcony with a side ocean view. We happily accept your pet companion (dogs only) for a small non refundable fee. The parking lot is free and located underneath The building and is very well lit and open. Each unit has one spot, with several spots deep enough to fit two cars front to back if needed. There is also a public beach parking lot across the street from condos on Sandpiper Ln. in which you can purchase a $40 parking pass from the town for the duration of your stay, This pass will also give you access to several parking areas around the island. This unit is available September 1st thru March 31st for long term rentals. April 1st to August 31st is strictly short term rentals.
