If you're relocating to the DFW area or temporarily displaced during a home renovation, our place in Carrollton is a great fit. Everything is already set up so you can move right in without the hassle of furnishing or setting up utilities. The house is 1,800 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 private bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, walk-in closet, fireplace, and a big backyard with a fire pit. Beds are a king, queen, and two twins with memory foam mattresses and quality linens so there's room for the whole family. Every bedroom has a smart TV and charging station. There's also a dedicated workspace with a desk and monitor for those still working remotely. The home is furnished with pieces from durable, high end brands throughout so it feels like home rather than a rental. We're right off George Bush Tollway which makes getting around DFW really easy. Historic Downtown Carrollton is 5 minutes away, Addison's restaurant and shopping scene is 10 minutes down the road, Galleria Dallas is 10 minutes, Legacy West Plano is 20 minutes, and DFW Airport is about 20 minutes away. Carrollton's Asian and Korean restaurant district is right around the corner.
