The property is 10 acres of wooded Vermont beauty. There is a brook out back that flows seasonally. We have a variety of trees on the property. The driveway comes in off a paved road and is gravel. Access and parking are very simple. This is a very safe area. We provide an iron and a steamer - these were not in the amenities choices.

The space

** 2 GUEST MAX** This is a 2-story home with entry area, living room, kitchen, dining room and 1/2 bath downstairs. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (master suite has king-sized bed. This room is 15x20 with a loveseat and TV area in the room, two closets and a sliding door that leads to a balcony outside). 2nd bedroom has a full-size bed and TV, and the 3rd bedroom room has a twin-size daybed and a workspace with desk, computer chair and a few office supplies. Also upstairs is the full bathroom.
