Multiple units are located in two separate areas of the Estate property, each having their own set of allergen rules. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind, anywhere on the estate property or inside of any of the buildings. Palomares Canyon Estate is a community of individuals that are considerate of the other tenants. Tenants have an understanding that their actions or inaction's will have an impact on the other tenants. It is paramount that all tenants reside within the rules of the Estate to ensure that all tenants are having a pleasurable experience. 1. Rental units located within the inside of the main estate on the property. Allergens disclosure: Due to various relocation contract requirements for current renters, the units located within the main estate have their own set of allergen rules protecting the health of those guests with health needs that have been identified and are agreed upon within their signed lease and contract. We protect all tenants under contract from life threatening allergies to cooked spices, perfumes, incense, pet dander, essential oils, scented candles, air fresheners, and certain cleaning products. These allergies can be very serious and assuring their health and safety is paramount. These tenants have been specifically placed to reside peacefully at the Palomares Canyon Estate because of these policies and that they are strictly adhered to. 2. Rental unit located independent, outside of the main estate but still on the property. Allergens disclosure: The allergen policy within the units outside of the main estate have a more flexible set of allergen rules. Because of their unique locations, while not effecting the other guests who reside inside of the main estate, the rules are a bit more flexible while still protecting the allergy needs of all current and future tenants of the entire estate property. Even though some rules are flexible, others must still be strictly adhered to. *Absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property or inside any of the buildings. **Absolutely no burning of incense on the property or inside any of the buildings. ** SERVICE EMOTIONAL SUPPORT HORSE DISCLOSURE: There are therapy horses on the property as well as various wildlife ** Animal Allergens Exterior of the Estate Disclosure: To Those with Horse, Deer, tree, bush, flower Allergies on the There are Service and Emotional Support Horses in the front pastures on the property as well as various wildlife not limited to but including turkeys quail and dear which allergens can be suspended in the air . The Palomares Canyon Estate has welcomed over 125 professional executives and guests since 2007. **EXECUTIVE FURNISHED IN LAW PRIVATE ENTRY LUXURY PALOMARESCANYONESTATE **Stunning Furnished APT Premiere French Country Gated Horse Estate This is a large Estate as such we do have 2 hot water heaters, 2 air conditioners, and 2 furnaces. ****PGE sent out a Public Notice a 46.97 rate increases will be charged during peak pricing between 4 and 6 p.m. this significantly impacted all renters / homeowners and landlords. Our rental pricing is predicated on 1 guest 2,200 per month plus monthly flat fee of 200.00 =2,400.00 for PGE Electrical, Permitted Parking for 1 vehicle, Garbage, ATT DSL WiFi , Satellite , Security , EBMUD Water, Gas, Gate Maintenance, Suite maintenance as long as the "standard of reasonableness" is diligently adhered to. We have had only 2 long term guests out of 100 + who were not able to practice conservative measures! So if you need to leave the shower run for over 10 minutes, lights on while you are off site or fans curling irons on.. This would not be a win win !! Electric vehicles: There is an additional 200.00 per month for electric car charging 2nd vehicles: Strictly by approval and type of vehicle, occasionally we accommodate a second vehicle. The vehicle must be with current plates, mechanically sound and running. We do not allow car repairs on the estate property. If approved, there is an additional 200.00 per month for parking a second vehicle (*See MOVE-IN SPECIAL: TERMS REQUIREMENTS UTILITIES below) .
