Enjoy the town for its Alsatian flair and situated on the Medina river. Easy access to Texas hill country and San Antonio. It is located within walking istance to historic sites of Castroville, convenient access of highway 90, easy drive in all directions to San Antonio, six flags, and Sea World. Famous Dzuiks meat market is walking distance. Habys bakery and the city pool are all nearby. The pool has open swim, fitness swim in the summer for a small fee and is also open in fall/winter/spring as it is heated. Great hiking trails at the city park with a butterfly garden as well. The kitchen has a full-size oven/stove and an over the stove microwave. The apartment faces Amelia street so dont go to the front door of the main house that faces Lisbon. Owner is open to small dogs that can be crated if the owner is not at home a pet deposit is required. It also includes cleaning every 2 weeks which includes washing bedding and towels. I also have to limit the rental as a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 3 months (90 days).

The space

There are additional twin beds (2) in the open area so the space comfortably sleeps 3. There is also a hide-a-bed sofa. It is a very open space so easy to have multiple people. All bedding and kitchen supplies are there. If renting for a month will have 2 cleanings during that month which includes washing bedding and towels. Also I am open to having small dogs that can be crated when the owner isnt at home. This apartments only has a walk in shower, no tub. Established neighborhood with great neighbors! Close to the historic walking trail. Beautiful open field across from apartment where deer graze. Walking distance to city park with great hiking trails.
