Our cozy cottage is just 7.5 miles from Okemo Mountain Resort in charming, historic Cavendish, VT, home of Singletons General Store, Murdocks On the Green Restaurant, and the Castle Hill Resort and Spa. Step inside to a cozy, quirky mix of well-loved vintage furniture and eclectic and interesting finds. Welcoming rooms feature warm and subtle lighting (if it hangs from a ceiling, chances are it has a dimmer) and invite intimate gatherings to savor favorite cocktails and a raucous game night. This quiet (so quiet!) and peaceful location is on a dirt road yet convenient and easy to reach from Route 131. Minimal light pollution fills a clear night sky with a tapestry of dazzling stars, which are most enjoyed surrounding the massive rock-enclosed fire pit. The functional entry has multiple hooks and ample areas to stash your winter or summer gear after long days spent outdoors. If you are a visiting basketball team, this may not be the place for you. Happily accommodates 6'4 or less as this space is quite homey and has shorter ceilings.
