Kitchen equipped with everything you need - dishes, cutlery, Nespresso machine, coffee pot, air-fryer, pots, pans and more! New Maytag washer and dryer on site. Access to kayak for use on local rivers per request. Quiet and safe street with lovely neighbors! You will feel safe as a single female. Location Details: Quick access to all major hospitals and government buildings. Be downtown in 7 minutes and enjoy fantastic local breweries, restaurants, entertainment and community events! 3 min drive or 1 mile to the beautiful Cato Park! Golf course, disc golf course, huge dog park, playground, soccer fields, 1.2 mile gravel loop trail for walking/biking/running. Less than 5 mins to Kanawha Boulevard for walking, running, biking along the river. Quick access to Carriage Trail that overlooks downtown Charleston. 5 minute walk to the best local Greek restaurant around! Please note: This is a 3-bedroom house, however I will be locking 1 room up for storage. Main bedroom pictured and office with day bed will be available to tenant.
