Fully furnished and all utilities included! Cozy yet spacious cottage in safe, quiet James Island neighborhood. Excellent location: 10 minutes from downtown Charleston, 10 min from Folly Beach, 10 minutes from MUSC and Roper St Francis hospitals. Private and well-equipped, this not-so-tiny home has everything you need for a comfortable extended stay. A high cedar ceiling and many windows create a spacious interior with plenty of natural light. French doors open up to your personal deck space and fenced-in backyard where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning. Roku smart TV complete with streaming apps for those rainy afternoons. You'll also enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with compact fridge, microwave, convection/toaster oven, and electric burner and griddle. The bathroom offers a full-sized shower and compact in-unit clothes washer. High-speed Internet and utilities included in monthly rent. Prefer 3mo+ lease but flexible. New fence and secure gate make this unit very private. Neighborhood is quiet and safe and conveniently located close to beach and downtown. A very small pet may be negotiable with nonrefundable pet fee as well as a referral from previous landlord. I would like to also mention a few nuances that come with tiny home living: Firstly, the compact washer/dryer is a smaller capacity (up to 8lb) washer with a spin dry feature. Spin dry feature will remove 90% of water, but you will have to hang clothes to finish drying completely. There is a nice laundromat less than 5 minutes away. I can also offer occasional access to my full-sized washer/dryer, as it is located in the garage. Happy to launder bed sheets and towels every few weeks during your stay! The hot water heater is located outside the unit and uses propane. I will provide two full propane tanks for your stay and that will generally last at least 3 months. Should you require any demo or explanation on changing or exchanging propane tanks, we are happy to assist with that. (Its quite easy!) If you have questions or require further explanation, please dont hesitate to ask! Please note: This home is located in the backyard of main residence occupied by host. Measures in place to ensure security and privacy for my guests. Privacy window film is installed along walkways as well as in the unit. Backyard patio (not included in this rental) is situated to maintain privacy while you enjoy your outdoor space. Can provide photos of backyard upon request.
