The L-shaped couch is spacious and comfortable with a rug underneath. There is a coffee table that folds up for eating. There is a gas burning fireplace. Four recliner chairs with foot stools are also in the living room. Patio has several chairs for outdoor seating and a grill. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, arm chair with ottoman, trash can, curtains, nightstand, and a closet with hangers. There is a blanket, two pillows, fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow cases, and two towels provided. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, L-shaped desk, gaming chair, trash can, two nightstands with lamps, closet with hangers, box fan, and an air conditioning unit. The garage, downstairs workshop, and the master bedroom is not available to tenants.
