With four inviting bedrooms and two full baths, our property comfortably accommodates up to seven guests, making it ideal for gatherings or family vacations. Located only 20 minutes from Burlington and Vergennes, you are centrally located to many local attractions all while having a peaceful retreat away. The space Next door, you'll find playgrounds and basketball courts, as well as Pease Mountain Park for short hikes that are family friendly. 100 yards away is Philo Ridge Farm, where you can walk the scenic paths and visit the friendly cows. Philo State Park is also nearby and offers an easy hike or drive to the summit, where you'll be rewarded with stunning views of Lake Champlain and the vibrant Vermont foliage. Wake up to breathtaking sunrises over Camels Hump and beautiful sunsets from the comfort of the home, and for a day adventure, take a short drive to the ferry that leads to Essex, New York, and the Adirondacks.
