This private bedroom is in our lovey ranch home. Our house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a covered patio outside of the living room, looking out the fenced back yard. I hope you enjoy the beautiful big maple tree as much as I do. We are keeping another bedroom as office. So no other tenant/housemate beside me and my boyfriend. We are in our 40s, enjoy reading, cooking and traveling outside of work. We are non-smokers and have healthy lifestyle. We have a medium size beagle mix named Joho. She is absolutely sweet and social. Looking for a housemate who is quiet and clean. No smoking and no pets.
