The house is in a quaint, quiet neighborhood close to the Downtown Mall, the Belmont neighborhood, and the University of Virginia. It's minutes from great restaurants, shops, bars, breweries, and music venues. Access to the Rivanna Trail in the neighborhood. It's only a couple miles from UVA and Martha Jefferson. The room for rent is in its own part of the house. You'll have a private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and living room. You'll have lots of privacy. I'll only need to access your area of the house when I need to get into my storage room which shouldn't be very often. I have used this space as an Airbnb so it is fully furnished with everything you need. I have a full kitchen and washer/dryer upstairs which you'll be welcome to use. There is another traveling nurse living upstairs which you'll share the washer/dryer with.
