Welcome to Million Dollar View, a funky and cozy little apartment in quiet, quaint Cherry Valley, NY. This lower unit of a duplex features a private entry with your own private driveway. Covered parking and entryway lead to a cozy apartment on a quiet dead-end road, just outside of the village. Six acres of bucolic country vistas and a beautiful view of the sunrise over the valley await you each morning. This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is fully furnished, and features a large desk for laptop work, and a pull-out couch in addition to the private bedroom with full closet and ironing supplies. High-speed Starlink internet is fully included, as are heat, in-unit laundry, and full kitchen. A tankless hotwater heater provides nearly instant and constant hot water to the sink and shower. Like many well-water systems in rural areas, the water has a bit of sulfur in it. A chlorine injection system with carbon filters has been installed, but for those not accustomed to this, an instant hot and cold water cooler/dispenser is provided as well. Tenant is responsible for buying additional drinking water jugs after the complimentary supply is exhausted. The upstairs tenant is a young, polite individual with their own private entry and private driveway to their unit, and you may never even see them. Located 20 minutes from Bassett Medical Center, under 30 minutes to Cobleskill Regional Hospital, and about 45 minutes to A.O. Fox and Wynn Hospitals. Thank you for checking out this little gem.
