The basement room is private and comes equipped with most things you'll need. My partner and I live upstairs with our 2 cats and our dog, you're more than welcome to say hi and hangout. The oven doesn't work in the basement so you are free to use the oven upstairs. The washer and dryer are free to use as well and both are upstairs as well. I've done my best to make it comfy but if it's missing anything please let me know. There is not a separate entrance, I'm sorry, but we're friendly.

The space

I've converted my basement into its own standalone apartment. It comes fully furnished with a bed, TV, dining table and chairs, there is also this little baby sofa for the living room, it's basically a chair. The kitchen comes with a fridge, stove (the oven isn't currently working), working sink, dishes, and cookingware. The bathroom comes with toilet, sink, and a shower bathtub combination.
