This is a private downstairs studio apartment with a separate entrance and lots of furnished living space. You'll walk in through your own side-door entry, leading you downstairs into a cozy, wood-paneled space that feels part cabin, part retro hideaway. The living and sleeping area is combined, with a king-sized bed, loveseat, coffee table, TV, and desk setup. There's a ceiling fan overhead and some rustic, warm details like paneled walls and colorful throw rugs that make the space feel homey. A second room functions as a dressing area and includes several dressers, mirrors, and even a stationary bike, so you've got a spot to get ready and a place to sneak in a workout. The bathroom is compact but fully functional with a single sink vanity, toilet, and shower. There's also a separate nook that's been set up as a reading or "library" space with built-in shelving. The kitchenette is stocked and set up for everyday use. It has a sink, mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer combo, coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans, and plenty of cleaning supplies already on hand. While there's no full oven or stovetop, the host mentioned you're welcome to use the upstairs kitchen if you plan on cooking more involved meals. Laundry is on-site and shared with the homeowner, who lives upstairs. That will be coordinated in advance. Two friendly dogs live upstairs too (a golden retriever and a corgi), and they're usually out in the back when the owner isn't home. The shared spaces are respected, and the unit remains private and secure with a locked door separating the upstairs.
