This house actually has four bedrooms and will sleep eight. If you need that much room contact me with your details and I'll give you an adjusted price for the four bedrooms. But most guests just need two bedrooms. There's plenty of room in the house, the bedrooms have dressers as well as closets to store clothes and gear. Full kitchen with all essentials. Separate dining area, where many people like to use their computers, but there's also a good sized extra table in the living area. There's a patio out back in a fenced area. There's a table and chairs that sit under awnings in the summertime. Pets are negotiable, meaning we want to know what kind of pet and where they will be when you are working. We know that there are many different situations when it comes to our animals so lets talk it over. You may have more questions about the place but these are the basics. It's been an AirBnB for several years and we have great reviews. This is a very comfortable place with all the amenities. Relax and enjoy your privacy at the end of the day. It's a quiet neighborhood so we ask that you keep the noise down if you're hanging out in the yard.

This is a quiet neighborhood in the older part of Cheyenne. It's within three blocks of the Regional Medical Center and not very far from the VA Hospital.
