There is easy access to I-25 and I-80, making travel a breeze. A completely renovated cozy home with a large oversized two car garage, large back and front patios and fenced back yard. Quality and comfort - our objectives throughout the project. Nestled on a corner lot at the end of the block in a quiet neighborhood centrally located in Cheyenne, we enjoyed remodeling this home carefully selecting the materials as we replaced insulation in the walls (all new plumbing, too) to the selection of each piece of furniture. Details are important to us, we plan on living here when we remodel our home. All of the neighbors own their homes, we are the only Airbnb in this sweet neighborhood full of old trees and plenty sun-filled days all year long. If you like sunlight, youll enjoy this home. Having a clean and comfy environment matters to us. With this in mind, you will find hardwood and tile floors throughout the home. All the countertops were fabricated locally - we placed granite in this kitchen and the newly remodeled bathroom. Youll find we used porcelain wood and stone throughout the home. Our first guest was a traveling nurse and his significant other studied for her medical boards at the large oak desk in the office. Our second guest is also a traveling nurse who brought her bikes along with her. She discovered that we have a greenway trail within a mile of 3632 Dunn Ave! What a pleasant surprise! The garage is extra large and thus has plenty of space for her vehicle and her bikes. Both were ideal guests thus we are offering our home on this site. If you are a traveling medical professional, we appreciate your service and sacrifices, and, we hope you will consider our immaculate cozy home. You can count on a small town atmosphere in this neighborhood just minutes from the Hospital, Base, downtown, and, the Mall. Because smoking is prohibited, smoking makes a home unlivable for the next guest thus $200 per day smoking fee will be assessed. All City and State Laws must be followed All guests must be approved/authorized by Host. Any undeclared guests will have $200/day fee. Turning off the air conditioner, lights and closing windows is expected when you leave the home. We clean the home with specific cleaning products, let us know if you need more during you stay. All whites (linens, towels, etc.) are laundered only with whites. Rugs are washed only at the laundry mat never in property washer and dryer. No pets unless authorized by Host. Violation of this House Rule results in a 100/day fee. Extra Cleaning fee ($40/per hour) will be assessed if home is extremely dirty after check out beyond what a reasonable guest would normally leave a home in, for example but not limited to: o Pots and pans in the kitchen sink o Excessive trash o Stains on the floor o Dirty walls, etc. Violation of any portion of House Rules are grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without refund.
