This is the basement apartment that is located at the Cribbon Ave. house. It's very roomy and bright. There are two entrances and the shared laundry is on this level. There's a king sized bed in the bedroom, which also has a large dresser and a closet. Full bath with tub/shower. Full kitchen with an electric range, microwave, toaster, full size fridge, all kinds of cookware and dishes, glassware, silverware. Everything is provided for a relaxing stay. As far as paper products go, we provide paper towels and toilet paper, 1 roll/person/week. The main entrance has a keypad entry that will be given a code unique to you. that door is in a lighted, covered stairway on the side of the house. The fenced back yard is just a couple feet away from the top of that stairway. Dogs are allowed upon approval, cats are not allowed.

The space

There is a living room with a couch and two chairs. Large wall hung TV . WiFi password is provided in the house rules notebook. Separate dining area with a table and four chairs where many extended stay guests choose to set up a work station. Fully equipped kitchen and a full bath, along with a bedroom with a king size bed, large dresser and plenty of closet space.
