Walkable to Bucktown/Wicker Park (more bars/restaurants) and the West Loop (hip restaurants, many large tech offices), as well as the United Center (for concerts and NBA/NHL games). MAIN FLOOR: Two separate large living rooms, each with their own gas fireplace and comfy seating options for evening. A formal dining table. Kitchen with huge island (seating for 4-6 to sit and eat) plus top of the line appliances (Subzero fridge, Wolf double oven/stove, etc.). Whole home is equipped with business-grade wifi (both of us work from home so we have best-in-class wifi). Home has two separate heating/cooling systems you can set based on your needs, and heated floors in basement and in primary bathroom. SECURITY/ACCESS: Home has a gate and a security system, plus a Ring video camera doorbell and Ring cameras covering the perimeter of the home and rear alley. Regular key access. Neighborhood is safe. LOCATION/ GETTING HERE: Fly into either ORD (O'Hare) or MDW (Midway) airports. Can take a Lyft/uber/cab, likey 30-60 minutes depending on traffic. From O'Hare, you can take the Blue Line CTA train into the city (the Division stop) and then take a 4 minute lyft, or walk ~15 minutes to the home. House is very accessible to buses and the Green and Pink CTA train lines.
