This home is on a narrow, gas-lit street in an historical residential area only 6 miles to downtown Cincinnati. Close to Hyde Park Square with delis, coffee shops, ice cream, and varied restaurants just a short walk on quiet residential streets. Front porch and shady backyard patio. New kitchen with small bar and barstools, and long wood dining table. Easy living. Full size appliances, washer & dryer, and central AC and heat. Large 55" TV for your streaming services. Designated parking space just for you immediately out front, with only 4 steps to the front door. More easy street parking for guests. Visit the Observatory, and don't miss The Echo (diner) for breakfast, Zips for burgers, Graeter's for black raspberry choc chip ice cream, and Hyde Park Deli (200 steps on the corner) for sandwiches and more. Simple and comfortable. There are beds for 4 people. The single beds are Twin XL, long enough for adults to be comfortable. A booking including days between Dec. 15 and Jan. 4 will be charged a higher rate (not the rate listed.)

The space

This entire home offers one floor living with two bedrooms and one tiled bath with walk-in shower. The gracious door in the kitchen opens to a lovely shaded patio in the fully fenced back yard. Wood floors and granite counters. Organic Saatva mattresses with all cotton linens. Plenty of books, games, and fully equipped kitchen for a peaceful, charming stay in Cincinnati. Beds are sturdy Thuma, mattresses are Saatva Organic, bed linens are cotton. Sensitive no-fragrance cleaning supples are used. Central AC.
