This property is situated on two acres surrounded by oak trees on a quiet dead-end road. If you like living in a quiet, peaceful area, The Nook is for you. Enjoy all that Abilene offers with a fifteen minute drive from Clyde. Our property is adjacent to the two acres and we are close by if anything is needed. You are surrounded by neighboring homes but can't see them from your rental house. You will feel like you are living in the country but two miles away, you will find a grocery store, gas stations and several fast food restaurants in the small town of Clyde. We are located 15 miles east of Abilene, TX.

The space

The Nook is a brand new cozy cottage with a living area, kitchen, one bedroom and one bath. It has a front door as well as a side door which opens to a patio area with patio furniture and lights that extend to the covered parking area. Full washer and dryer inside the cottage along with all the amenities needed to move in. We are located on a dead end country road. You feel like you are in the country but you are surrounded by neighboring properties. We are west of Clyde which offers a United grocery store, gas stations and several restaurants, mexican, pizza and barbecue. There is also a Starbucks, Sonic, McDonald's, Whataburger, Subway, Chicken Express all within three minutes of our property. Country living with all of the amenities!
