As we return to the traveling world, we'd like to offer our home to you when you come to Cody, Wyoming. We have a fenced backyard and doggie door to bring your furry best friend with you on assignment. There is also a large park the next block over with plenty of grass and a playground for the little ones. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen. One bedroom here has a futon and desk, second bedroom has a king sized bed and a sliding glass door out to the backyard. The upstairs bathroom has a heater and jetted soaking tub. The basement has an additional bathroom and a bedroom with a king sized bed. The main area of the basement has a home gym including inversion table, rowing machine, free weights & therabands as well as a glorious lounging couch and large TV to relax after a long day. The washer and dryer is in the basement as well as the furnace room, both have additional storage if needed. The fourth bedroom will be locked and used as storage as we are traveling healthcare professionals our selves. The backyard has 2 sheds and one of these will have lots of room for storage as well. Our home is located less than a mile from the Cody library and Rec Center, 1 mile to Beck Lake which includes a wonderful walking path and a dog park. Downtown Cody is less than 2 miles and Yellowstone is 53 miles away though you have to take a MUCH longer route to the north entrances in the winter months as our gate closes. It is well worth a weekend trip, even in winter! Utilities are included up to $400/month (averaged over your stay).
