Located on a 100+ acre ranch, we have 3 guest room suites on the second floor of a new barn (built in 2025, barn shape, no animals!). There's ample room for parking, privacy and solitude. The property is largely undeveloped with only two other structures - our house that's 80 yards away and our rental cabin that's 100 yards away. We are a smoke-free, pet-free ranch.

The space

The Red Rocks suite is a one room, 350sq.ft. suite with a kitchenette, queen bed and private bathroom (3/4 bath with shower) and private entrance. There's large windows displaying incredible mountain views. All windows have black-out curtains. The suite and all appliances are new in 2026. The kitchenette includes a 5-burner propane range top, large toaster/air fryer oven, microwave, coffee maker and utensils. The utility room has a washer & dryer shared with two other suites.
