My cottage has 2 bedrooms, an open living, dining and kitchen area. Ther is one bathroom with a tub/shower. What makes this location special is its proximity to Burlington. In 15-20 minutes you can be in downtown Burlington where there are great restaurants, music and entertainment. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly and helpful. A short stroll takes you to a causeway that juts out into the lake with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. You can watch the sunrise over the lake from my deck.

The space

You would have access to 2 bedrooms, a living, room, a dining area and a well stocked kitchen. The deck is large and on a nice day, the view of the lake and of the green mountains is a lovely backdrop for working, reading or napping. On a cold day you can snuggle up indoors with a fireplace stove and views of the lake.
