Sunny room with double bed in a quiet beautiful condo. This 12 unit condo association is in a beautiful, wooded development, surrounded by trees and lawn at the end of a cul-de-sac. There are walking and x-c ski trails, a community garden, pool and tennis courts down short path through the woods. A friendly, but independent cat and lives here with an active outdoorsy woman who works 3 days a week in/from home. Must like cats and people.

The space

This rental offer is for a charming small quiet bed room, I work from home a few day a week using the living room as an office so I am looking for a traveler who only needs a bedroom. This rental is for 1 person only. Unfortunately I do not have any storage space. There is a regular sized double closet in your room I live with an indoor/outdoor cat and would ask that whoever lives here is a cat lover and willing let him in or out and feed him if I am away. Nonsmokers only.
