This in-law apartment is in the lower level of our owner-occupied home. It is a tidy, welcoming space that is only a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Malletts Bay. A short walk also gives you access to local bike paths, restaurants, a seasonal ice cream stand, parks, and beaches. In winter, we are a 30-90 minute drive from the heart of Vermont's ski/snowboard/winter-sports country. The house sits on a little over an acre of land that you may use at your leisure, and our large U-shaped driveway provides ample space for you to park.
