Fully furnished bedroom in a shared condo, located in a peaceful neighborhood, just 15 minutes to UVMMC and 30 minutes to NWMC. Going into the condo there's plenty of space for storing coats and shoes in the front entrance area. The living room and kitchen are common space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware, a full fridge, dishwasher, cooktop range and microwave. There's a shared half bathroom off the living room. The second floor is where the bedroom is located along with a convenient laundry closet and a full shared bathroom with linens provided. The bedroom has a large cherry dresser, 32" smart TV, and a full closet with hangers provided. The neighborhood offers a community pool in the summer, and the road gets very little traffic, making it a nice area to walk around. Nearby grocery stores and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away. I89 is 5 minutes away. Owner occupied condo and a well behaved indoor cat named Mittens. No additional pets please. My cat loves people, but unfortunately doesn't get along with other animals. I also do have a cleaner who comes once a month which is included in the price.
