This unit is nestled between the Green Mountains of Vermont and the Adirondacks Mountains of New York; it is a clean, safe and quiet in a country setting, one min to the main interstate 89 making any commute easy. I have design this unit to be environmentally friendly; efficiency lighting, heating pumps & cooling, cold water only clothes washer with electric drying rack (there are Laundromats within 10 min drives), not leaving out all the comforts of the modern times. The unit is a 10 min drive to the most conveniences, amenities, night life, culture and most populated city in Vermont, Burlington. Just a short drive to the Great Lake Champlain Islands, University of Vermont, Medical Center, shopping and grocery stores. There is a Ferry that runs 24/7 to Plattsburgh, NY just down road and only a 20 min drive to St. Albans Northwest Medical Center. For those that wish more diversity with European flair the island of Montreal, with historical, artisan & cobble stone streets, of Old Montreal only 1.5 hour drive north into our friendly neighboring country Canada (passport required). The space

Very quiet and safe nature area. There has been healthy wild life (black bear, deer, moose) in the area over the years, just passing through never staying. PLEASE DO NOT FEED WILD LIFE AND KEEP YOUR DISTANCE.
