Welcome to my recently purchased Officer's Row condo in The Fort. Officers Row is a historic residential strip located on Dalton Drive within the former Fort Ethan Allen military complex, which straddles the border of Colchester and Essex, Vermont. Built in the late 1800s and early 1900s, these distinctive brick buildings originally served as housing for U.S. Army cavalry and field artillery officers and their families. Today, the historic structures have been preserved and converted into a unique neighborhood of multi-level condominiums and townhomes. Whether you're in the area for a travel contract, a temporary job, a school placement, or a fresh start, I'd love to help you feel at home in Vermont. The space is a third-floor loft with beautiful exposed brick, a bright, character-filled retreat that's all yours to unwind in at the end of the day. It's part of my condo at Dalton Drive in Colchester, where I live and work, so you'd be sharing the home with a friendly, respectful host. I work in human services and value a calm, kind, respectful home. I'm typically out quite often due to a busy work schedule, and I'm happy to give you plenty of space or to chat over coffee, whichever you prefer! Do note, there is only one bathroom in the home, on the second floor, as shown in the pictures! Everyone is welcome here. The space

The pictures really speak for themselves! This third floor loft has brand new carpeting which I had installed when I moved in June 2026, freshly painted walls, and was fully furnished over the course of this summer as I found items which felt right for the space. All furniture present (queen bed, dresser, couches, desk, TV stand, TV, etc) were purchased as new, unused items over the course of the summer. There is a washer and dryer (communally used by us both) in the closet on the third floor loft.
