Please use an alternate address for official mail. **Additional Information** *All prospective tenants are required to provide income or funds verification to confirm they meet the applicable income qualification standard. Screening through Furnished Finder includes credit, rental/eviction, and criminal history. A qualifying Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) completed within the past 60 days will be accepted. *Winter Note: During snow season, the driveway is plowed. We may ask you to briefly move your vehicle to allow for complete snow removal.
